Dr. Harrison and his team did an excellent job on my EGD. Jennifer was my admission nurse and she was very friendly. My anesthesiologist was Stephanie and was very kind and explained what I would expect and gave me the best sleep ever. Path the procedure nurse and Lexi the endoscopy technician did great along with the Dr (even if I don’t remember, lol) cause I had no pain and discomfort afterwards. Taylor was my recovery nurse . She was very patient with my chatty/crazy recovery situation and made sure I’m back to my ride safely. Thank you all for your great service.

Dr. McElhanney is a great Dr - He was very communicative and explained everything before and after the procedure. The entire nurses staff was very supportive and explained every step which was being taken. The scheduler at main office was very cooperative in scheduling the urgent appointment. Would recommend anytime. Follow up by a nurse was appreciated as well.

The nurses and staff here are great!! The problem is wait times. Like other medical offices, their practice appears to be to schedule the appointments too close together. That way, they can optimize their profit, but at the same time we wait between 1-2 hours after our scheduled arrival time for each procedure. The waiting room is full of people nervously waiting on tests, who haven’t eaten or had anything to drink for 12+ hours. If I made my clients wait an excessive amount of time consistently, I wouldn’t be in business. It’s disrespectful of others time.

I will NEVER go there again. They tried 3 times in the same spot for an IV, which caused nerve damage in my wrist. They claim they are not responsible because I consented. I didn’t consent to sub standard care. Went in for a colonoscopy, came out with nerve damage in my wrist!!

Went here and was treated very well! The receptionists were friendly, nurses were great, especially the nurses, they were the best of all, doctor was professional! Very happy with my treatment! Would recommend! Seen Dr. McElhinney and got it done quickly! Thank you all for the positive attitude during this!
