I had such a wonderful experience at this Surgery Center. From the moment I arrived, everyone was professional, kind, and truly caring. The entire team made what could have been a very stressful day feel calm and manageable. Lacey was my nurse, and she was absolutely fabulous. I always have difficulty when it comes to starting IVs no matter where I go, and she was so patient and reassuring. When additional assistance was needed, Lori, the Director of Nursing, stepped in. Between the two of them, my IV went in easily — which almost never happens for me! Their skill and teamwork were so appreciated. Dr. Wild was my surgeon, and he was incredibly patient and kind. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything prior to surgery, which made me feel confident and at ease. Dr. Crenshaw, my anesthesiologist, was also fabulous. She checked on me several times to make sure I was comfortable and not becoming overly anxious. That level of attentiveness meant so much. I have another surgery scheduled there in 2 to 4 weeks, and I truly hope I have the same team again. They were outstanding, and I’m so grateful for the exceptional care I received. Highly recommend this Surgery Center!

I recently had a kidney stone procedure done at the Surgery Centers of Iowa, Dr Parker being the provider. I had never been to this center, was pleasantly surprised at the surroundings, the friendliness, cleanliness, the care from the minute I stepped in the door. The level of nursing care was top notch. If I ever need an outpatient procedure done, I would definitely come back again. Thanks to all of you!

Let me be clear. This is not the place you want to have your surgery. Done. They are only into extortion. The call I received this morning was either pay the full amount of the deductible to us before your surgery, or you can't have your surgery. It kind of sounds like extortion to me. This is a place you do not want to deal with! I will tell you to choose any other surgery center. Other than this place, they are completely unprofessional...
