The experience was lackluster. Overscheduling creates an anxious environment due to extended wait times in pre-op. Doctor was uninformed on individual patient cases before interaction. Nursing staff made one patient wait 2 hours for having a sip off fluids prior to exam while taking back another patient who admitted to the same circumstance. As a doctor myself, I found the protocols alarming.

I've had a couple of procedures at the Mississippi Valley Endoscopy Center in Davenport. Despite the, lets face it unpleasant nature of my visits, the warmth and professionalism of the staff is unparalleled. Every staff member I encountered met me with a warm smile, a great sense of humor, and exuded a genuin sense of caring. Dr Cheema, Sarah, Michelle, and Alli, thank you for the great care!

Had an upper GI and Colonoscopy. Great staff. Everyone I saw explained exactly what was going to happen. Dr. Cheema explained everything in detail after procedures and sent pictures home with me. Highly reccomend.
