Loved my doctor and nurses! They were always so kind and fun! They actually care and want you to be as comfortable as possible. They were patient and never made me feel uncomfortable. Amazing experience for something that previous doctors made me feel ashamed and insecure about. I would recommend this place to everyone! Dr. Liu is the best!!

Don't come here go any where else! I had a simple procedure done by Dr. Huh only to end up in the er the next day with extreme pain. Er doctor said that it was an error that could of been prevented if they would of taken time on the procedure and not rushed me out before being fully aware from anesthesia. 7 weeks of pain and going to a different medical practice later. Now I'm paying for the procedure, the er visit, the new medical practice visits, and any prescriptions that come along from this simple procedure that was botched.

The receptionist was very nice and Ghita Moussaide was amazing during my consultation. Unfortunately that was as far as it went. The person who came in to "explain" my procedure was extremely rude and kept cutting me off when I asked questions. She was more concerned with making sure I knew they would get paid and I would be held financially responsible for the procedure if insurance didn't cover it all. I didn't feel like a patient. I felt like a paycheck. So thanks for that. The next person who came in to schedule my appointment almost had me in tears she was so nasty. I asked if I could have the procedure done in the morning. This is the one and only time she looked at me. At which point she sighed very loudly and snapped that this wasn't done in the mornings. I've decided to cancel my surgery and go somewhere else with people who actually care about the patients. I've currently been on hold for 15 minutes waiting for the scheduling department. Would not recommend.

I had an excellent experience! The doctor was extremely knowledgeable and kind! The staff were all extremely friendly and so caring during my prep/procedure/recovery. I will say as other reviews have mentioned that you aren’t always able to get through on the phone. However, this is one of few gastroenterologist offices in the area so they are very busy. Overall a great experience and I would definitely recommend them to friends and family!
