The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Dr. Ralston was proficient and explained my options in language that I understood. The nurse scheduler accommodated my life style. I started being a patient at Grossnickle Eye Center at age 5 and now at age 36 i am still a patient at Grossnickle Eye Center. Dr. Mark has been my eye doctor for 20 years now and he is awesome, he and the staff are always kind and caring and they always treat me like I am a part of the family! My two children get to also be patients of Dr. Mark and he is always gentle towards them and takes the extra patience that it takes with my special needs son ! Dr. Mark and staff are a blessing to me !

Dr. Ralstin made me feel at ease at Grossnickle; everyone there made me feel comfortable. They all seem very competent in their jobs and they work efficiently. They worked me through the process with kindness and proficiency. Dr. Ralstin has a quiet confidence which helped me know that I was in good hands. What a relief!

This visit was MUCH better than my last visit. This doctor was very personable & made me feel like he was actually listening to what I was saying. Unlike my LAST visit Dr. Knight talked to me as the intelligent person I feel I am. Although he was on a tight schedule he took the time to explain what was going on with my eye & gave me options for treatment. I would recommend Dr. Knight anytime for your optical needs.

Excellent experience for my appointment on Friday. For as busy as what the office was that day I was pleased with how quickly I was taken care of. Very pleased with my exam with the doctor. Very pleased with him taking the time to answer my questions and explain in a way that was very easy to understand.
