The team was overall supportive through the process. There were a few of the nurses that could have had a better professional and friendly demeanor. At times it just felt like an assembly line of function and not people centric.

I brought my daughter to MICHIANA Endoscopy Center for a scope, and I cannot say enough good things about our experience. From the moment we arrived, all of the nurses went above and beyond to make her feel safe, secure, and cared for. They were incredibly cordial, patient, and reassuring with her, which made a huge difference during what could have been a very stressful situation. The doctor was equally warm and welcoming, taking the time to put both my daughter and me at ease. What could have been an overwhelming experience turned into a very pleasant one because of the compassion and professionalism of the entire medical staff. I truly appreciate everyone’s assistance and kindness in helping my daughter feel less scared and nervous. We are very grateful for the excellent care we received.

The staff is friendly and caring. The nurse that took care of me was so kind and personable. I told her I can’t wait to have an ice cold Pepsi, she said well when you come back to the room I’ll have an ice cold can of Pepsi for you and she did! Dr Mathis is wonderful, I can’t say enough good about him

Anesthetist Mike was great! He was kind & explained everything as it was occurring. Nurse Amanda was wonderful, as was my Oscopy room nurse (forgot name, sorry). Dr Mathis was OUTSTANDING as always!! I SO appreciate your care & guidance. I love Anna, his Office Coordinator too-she is ALWAYS helpful & delightful.
