My son had his adenoids removed and tubes in his ears. He is 2 1/2. The ladies at reception were wonderful and so patient as he was running around the lobby while we did paperwork. Melissa and the other nurse in Pre-Op were great with him. Everyone explained every part of the process to us which was so helpful to me. Dr. Logan was great and Cassie in post Op was so patient and wonderful to us and explained everything for after care several times. Thank you all so much for taking care of my boy!!

It's been 2 years but I am doing great. The facility is not that obsolete actually Owensboro Hospital is across the river nearby in case an un anticipated occurrence happens. I LOVED THE QUIET stayed 1 night and slept like a rock. I liked that 1 on 1 care. I was literally the only one there overnight:) they do not have no more than 2 staying overnight I believe. As far as my out of pocket costs very minimal. Yes the anesthesiologist is out of network, but I signed a paper attesting to this knowledge and my insurance BCBS covered it because the anesthesiologist was the only one contracted with the facility. So the insurance sent ME the check which I deposited and once it cleared I wrote a check for that amount to the anesthesiologist. It is ironic though how many times people will cash that check and not pay their bill. I am now scheduled to have another procedure later this month. I am very comfortable in knowing my MD knows exactly what he is doing. Not crazy about PT the next day....but it is what it is...

My wife had bicep reattachment surgery and a part of her collarbone removed here on 2/27. Every single person we came in contact with was amazing, helpful and understanding. She was cared for better than I had expected. Thank you to all the staff and Dr. Martin. We also have to recognize Heather Higdon, she made sure she was in the surgery with Shelly so my wife would be comfortable. Thank you all for taking such good care of her.

I had a recent procedure done on my lower back on 3/17/23 and could not have asked for a better experience. The staff from the receptionist to the physician to everyone in between were all very professional, friendly, and courteous. I would definitely go back should the need arise. The whole surgery center was extremely clean and organized. Zero chaos and they made you feel at ease. Everything was explained where I could understand exactly what to expect. I highly recommend them!

My husband had surgery on a torn meniscus and the experience went really well. The receptionist was very nice and as far we can tell at this point, the surgery was a success (the surgery was two days ago). Neither of us old people had ever had any surgery so it was a little unnerving for both of us. Our after care nurse was Angela. That lady was on it! She was so helpful and kind. She gave us lots of information and answered all of our questions and we had quite a few. I felt like I was interacting with someone who cared and that was a wonderful feeling. Thank you, Angela
