Thank you CMI Surgery for raising the bar in health care! Your natural protocol goes above and beyond the norm and we are forever grateful for you! This was the second time our son had a procedure here with his amazing ENT Dr Ventrapragada and the whole team knocked it out of the park. My wife remembered everyone’s names because of how impressed we were with the entire staff. We were warmly and happily greeted by TURRA who was just the sweetest. She was calming and charming and I enjoyed her. She was so great with our son as well who is 5! In our short time with her, we had some laughs as well. Upon being called back, ANTOINETTE who was our nurse- we absolutely adored!! She was so great with our little guy explaining things and got him all set up comfortable with socks and even joked around with us, it didn’t feel like he was going back to surgery, it felt like he was with family. Joann was our nurse for anesthesia and was so friendly, for us and little guy - I am telling you, you all knocked it out of the park with care and keeping us calm and smiling because we knew we were in the best hands! RICHARD the nurse took our son back for surgery and made some race car sounds to excite our son and he went back without issue! Thank you ALL and DR VENTRAPAGADA for everything!! Also a special thank you to URSULA for always being so helpful when we called with questions!!!

I had a spine surgery here, which is commonly done at a Hospital but offered at outpatient facilities such as this. I am glad I chose here. I feel I received much better care here than I would have at a Hospital. Every single person was kind and attentive, and they moved things along so quickly, very well organized. Especially Lisa in recovery, what a great Lady! She kept me pain-free and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. We even got some laughs in during the couple of hours I was with her. Thank You to all of you! ♡

My 2.5 yr old son had tubes placed in his ears. The staff here was amazing from checking in at the desk, to seeing us out. They were so good with trying to make my son feel comfortable, and even comforting a nervous mama. I was even offered help to our car after because I was by myself and my little man was upset. I was so impressed. I even called later in the day with a question and the nurse remembered him, and was so sweet about it. Great experience.

This out-patient surgical center is the BEST in Northest Indiana! Everyone who works there is pleasant, knowledgeable, treats you with courtesy and respect and know their job. They make you feel as if you're the only patient there being treated in their facility. The nurses are top notch, very knowledgeable and care about your well-being, from your first interaction with them until you leave! The nurses and anesthesiologist I've had, each time I've been there, are so kind and caring. They do their utmost to make sure you're comfortable and put your mind at ease. Everyone working here makes this Center the absolute BEST in the Region and I appreciate their hard work and dedication!

From check in to check out we had such a fun time. I am not sure how they could get less than 5 stars. This was an amazing experience. I highly recommend this center for children. What an incredible staff. They took time with my 7 year old to explain everything to him. They took him back early to show him how they would put him to sleep. They masked his stuffed bunny. They were the sweetest people and I feel incredibly blessed to have had so many wonderful people working on my little guy. What a great job! Thank you.
