Excellent experience, staff was super helpful, Amazing attention to my concerns and questions. Everyone on staff was beautiful! Dr. was super friendly and very helpful. X-ray tech was great so kind and helpful. Clean office area, from front door to back door. Receptionist was so Special, beautiful and stellar personality! So proud of her 2 amazing sons. We just fell in love with her. You could feel the energy of her love of Jesus was everywhere that is so powerful, she left a huge impression on Jerry and myself. You all are the greatest! Thank you, you certainly have made an incredible impact on our lives.

The staff everyone who worked for that place was amazing people the surgery was awesome. I mean literally I was walking with a couple days of a hip replacement. There’s still no pain. It’s been a month or so the people are awesome. They even sent me a get well card after I left there.

Everyone at CIO has been so respectful and helpful through the full process from pre-op appointments through surgery after care. I appreciate how informative they have been about surgery and the recovery process. I would certainly recommend CIO to my family and friends.

From the moment I started the process of seeing about getting my hip replacement, I was treated with the greatest respect and care. Dr Damer, PA. Bland, nurse McClintick and staff Answered all my questions took away my fears and concerns. The procedure went very quick and very easy recovery. Was very reasonable. I’m now completely pain-free and loving every minute of it. Can’t wait to play some golf this coming spring.. Thanks to all the staff. Greg Wehlage.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Chae and his assistant Megan for my left shoulder issue. From my first visit, Dr. Chae took the time to carefully listen, explain the diagnosis clearly, and outline all possible treatment options. His expertise and calm, confident approach immediately put me at ease. Megan was also wonderful — professional, kind, and efficient in coordinating my appointments and follow-ups. The entire process was smooth, and I felt very well cared for.
