The entire staff was friendly and pleasant. Nobody really looks forward to a colonoscopy, but if you need to have one, this is the place to go. My recent colonoscopy was very low stress, due to the excellent staff.

Dr pottieger was amazing. He is very sweet, soft spoken and explained everything he is doing. The nurses were very helpful. Overall it was a good experience.

Office staff and nurse were great! Dr spent 3 minutes with me, listened to my heart, pushed on my belly. Then sent for bloodwork. Return appt was set for 3 months out with an NP not even with him. It was like meh… I wish blood work was ordered before the initial apt so I didn't waste a co pay and have to wait 3 mos to get the results.

People seem friendly. The facility is easy to find. While there's a main entrance at the front of the building, parking is in the rear with a second smaller main entrance. The first thing that's noticed upon entering the building is how clean it is. A medical facility is expected to be clean, of course, but this establishment is clean to the point that you absolutely notice it.
