The surgery was great. The billing horrible. They gave me one price, after contacting insurance. Then a month after the surgery, I owe 205 more. I wouldn't have done it, if I knew that would happen. Very unfair. Even though I'm paying 300 a month, like I initially agreed. It's not enough. Now they threaten to ruin my credit with collections. That's like buying a car and a couple months late they say, Hey you owe 2 grand more. Go to IU. Go to Community. Get an actual concrete cost of your procedure. I have used St Francis for my entire life. Never again.

Everyone who works here is an angel. They are so kind, so attentive, they explain everything so well, and are the best care team I have ever had. I hope to not need any procedures in the future but if I do I’m going to try my best to have them done here. Edit: I had to have second and third procedures done since this review and each time the care has been immaculate. Will continue to schedule every procedure I need here.

I had a rotator cuff repair in the left shoulder performed here. So far I am pleased with the results. I haven't experienced the pain some say would a part of the recovery. The doctors and nurses have been great at seeing that I receive the best care. I look forward to my physical condition and health being much better than before.

I had surgery there this morning and I cannot say enough good things about the entire staff. Knowledge and compassion abounded from the woman who checked me in, all the way to the nurse who wheeled me out and while my husband brought the car around after discharge, and everyone in between. I appreciate the woman who took my pre-op history over the phone yesterday because she was very kind and thorough. If I ever require surgery in the future and I have a choice on where to have it done, I’ll have it done here.
