Just had cataract surgery at this location on Monday. Can’t say enough good things about everyone there - check in was a breeze, nurses put me at ease, and the anesthesiologist was so upbeat and reassuring. My eye surgeon was excellent! Huge thanks to all!

I was bringing my grandmother here for a radiology exam and she needed a wheelchair for transport. Your facility had a few available but were lacking the feet attachment on all their wheelchairs. I asked multiple representatives about any wheelchairs with feet yet the response was that they weren't sure why they didn't have the foot attachment. I asked multiple employees and all responded the same way. My 82 year old grandmother suffers from polio and needs these supplements to help her get from one end of your building to the next. I would have appreciated a much better effort like calling someone to find out why your wheelchairs were incomplete and if an accommodation can be made. We have to do better by our elders who are disabled.

I recently had kidney stone removal surgery at this location and let me tell you I was super scared and nervous due to the fact that I have never had anesthesia let alone a surgery in my life but the anesthesiologist Nora I think was her name was the best buy the time i was ready to go to the OR she made me feel 100% safe and relaxed (partially because I asked her to give me something that would chill me out ) but none the less she was great and my urologist dr. Mohankumar is awesome as well!

I visited Eagle Highlands Surgery Center for foot surgery. They called the day before the surgery for a pre-check in which made checking in at the office so much quicker. Upon arrival, the facility and their staff performed like a well-oiled machine. My RNs were personable, kind, and compassionate. The anesthesiologist came in to explain the process before the surgery and was just lovely. Facility was immaculate. Absolutely no complaints and would definitely recommend this facility and their staff!

I had my first MRI and it was at this facility. Thankfully, I don't have anything serious going on but my doctor ordered this MRI. My MRI tech was very professional and nice and he made sure that I was comfortable. When I checked in, the staff was professional and kind to me as well! Although I was a little nervous for this 30 minute MRI scan, I do not have claustrophobia so the process went very smooth! My MRI tech answered all of my questions and concerns, showed me a cool demo on the MRI machine on just how strong the magnetic force is on the machine, provided me with warm blankets, ear plugs to help block out some of the noise from the MRI machine and headphones so that I could listen to music. My MRI tech made sure the music volume was okay for me and he let me listen to my preferred radio station. I went into the MRI machine head first! Lastly, he communicated with me during the MRI. I was very comfortable and chill the entire time and I nearly fell asleep! My MRI tech also showed me some of my images from my MRI scan which was really cool! Overall, I had a 5 star experience!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
