I had surgery yesterday. This place was amazing! Everyone was wonderful! Everyone was very professional, kind, and made me feel like everything would be great…and it was! If anyone needs surgery there, I would highly recommend it!

His nurses and front house staff are terrible. They were approximately three hours behind schedule and I had to leave the office because I didn’t have the extra time to wait for the appt that previously was an hour. They then kicked me out of the clinic and released me from care saying that I was inappropriate for asking for a refund. The funny thing was that the front of the house person that gave me a refund was extremely apologetic and nice to me and I her. I had a nurse call me after I left (unprompted ) and she was extremely extremely rude and ended up hanging up on me when I told her that I was unable to keep the appointment because they were 2 1/2 hours behind. I also have other people that were there as a witness to this whole thing. It’s a shame that healthcare today has to be so complicated and convoluted and that doctors don’t have any sort of communication directly with their patients. I have a feeling, if that were the case this wouldn’t be what would be going on.

This facility is second to none. The staff are amazing. My 8-yr-old son had ear surgery, and the entire experience was very smooth.

Excellent, Very professional, Have previously had over a dozen surgery's at different hospitals. It was even better than a fully staffed Hospital. They explained every step and made sure i understood. Made me very comfortable and made sure i was 1000% when i left. It is difficult saying the right phrases when they are the best medical professionals around. To everyone there and the Great prep nurse i had. Thank you very much. C.B. MARTIN
