I took my preschooler to the ER after she was aging trouble breathing. We were seen and treated extremely promptly. The staff was great, the doctor was very thorough and explained everything with great detail from what was causing her trouble breathing to the effects of the medication. We were in and out in like an hour total. Great experience, highly recommend.

ER nurses and staff were great. Dr woods was awesome! Went in because I got Covid and I was having trouble getting my asthma under control. Even though while I was there my asthma wasn’t too bad, they took my concerns symptoms I described I was having on and off at home seriously and gave me meds I needed to get it fully under control. Also very little wait time which is a huge plus!

Dr. McGee is an outstanding physician and we are lucky to have him in Crown Point. I would also like to express my gratitude to the medical staff in the ER for their patience and caring. Sorry for being grouchy during my visit. I am feeling much, much better. Thanks again.

We’ve been to this ER twice—once for myself and once for my four-year-old son for unrelated reasons months apart. In both visits, the physicians were patient, kind, and thorough. Dr. McGee and Dr. Bebekoski took the time to listen, and we never felt rushed or dismissed. During my visit, I did have concerns about communication with some of the nursing staff and later noticed documentation that didn’t fully reflect my experience at the time. That said, the physician care itself was attentive and reassuring. We were seen promptly during both visits and felt well cared for overall.

Hello I wanted to take the time to give a good review to Dr Kabbany’s team! We bring our Granddaughter and each visit is very pleasant! They take the time to listen to our concerns and especially Jordan his nurse. Jordan is very prompt and respectful and follows up promptly. The building is beautiful and is convenient to area restaurants. The areas in the facility are super clean and everyone has a smile. The women in the lab takes such great time with our Granddaughter as she has some anxiety about a blood draw. They really go out of their way to make her comfortable. I am grateful I do not have to go all the way to Chicago anymore. This is such a total game changer for our family. Sincerely Kim Messer
