Dr Beach was amazing with my 10 month old who needed to have tubes put in her ears. My daughters father and I both went to the appointment and were told that only one of us could go back with our daughter. Her father went back originally before the surgery. I then went back to have the after surgery consultation with the surgeon and was told to wait in the room and a nurse would come back to get me to go see my daughter. The nurse literally looked into the consult room right at me, didn’t say a word to me and continued to the waiting to get my daughters father. I then walked out of the consult room because I was the one who was already back there and the nurse proceeds to very rudely ask “can I HELP you?”. The nurse was very unkind after her own mistake and tells us again that only one parent is allowed back. Had the nurse came into the consult room like she was supposed to and done her job correctly, we could’ve avoided a rude and unwarranted interaction.

The surgery on my fiance went well and the staff was ok but I was made to wait out in the lobby rather than allowed to stay in the room he began in and finished in. Had never had this experience before. I have always been allowed to stay with him until right before they took him back and right as he was waking up. I did not appreciate this as a nurse myself and feel this is a very cold way of letting family back. Not impressed

Our doctor, Dr. Seth Bruggers is truly one of the sweetest people I have ever met. Our 16 month old needed tubes. He carried Myles back to the OR himself along with Myles's tablet so he'd have his music until he was asleep. The nurses at the Carmel Specialty Surgery Center were just as amazing! All of them were warm and welcoming. Valerie at the surgery center was so incredibly sweet and you could tell she really cared about Myles and for me as a mama being nervous. Heck, even the administrative gal was kind, happy and patient... and well, sadly that is almost never the case with front office people. Their team made this nervous mama feel so relaxed and I would trust them with our baby again in a heartbeat.

The facility and staff were amazing when my daughter had 2 surgeries here. However the billing is another story!!! I've gone rounds with my insurance company and their billing department because they are stating insurance sent me a check however insurance is saying no the check was sent to them and they have already deposited it. Huge nightmare. So now I have to continue to fight this to keep it off my credit. Only became aware of it when their collections department called me! So the facility is great its the billing department that needs major improvement. As a single parent this is a huge mistake that cost me a lot of time/money that I don't have to spare.
