Honestly would give more stars if I could. Dr. Sabai, Dr. Green, and the rest of the amazing staff took wonderful care of our daughter who needed surgery to repair two severed tendons. They gave her so much love and attention, making her laugh and showering her with encouragement as she faced her first time under anesthesia. The office was very communicative before, during, and after the procedure, even calling the next day just to see how she’s doing. We are so grateful for this place and everyone who works there!

Thank you to all of the wonderful staff for being kind, professional, and efficient! I also work in healthcare, and it’s getting harder and harder to find a caring team of healthcare professionals. I definitely felt like I had that from the front desk (Sheri, I think), to preop (Mallory?), anesthesiologist, OR nurse (Kyle?) and recovery nurse! I really wish I had written all the names down because they were all just fantastic, thank you so much! I’m doing great! I see other posters mentioning that they collect payment at time of service. I didn’t think that was super odd, but I didn’t think it was a little strange to ask for payment days in advance. But, they said they refund you for any overpayments. Because this is still a semi private practice facility, I respect this is their business practice. I would suggest dropping the nothing to drink after midnight policy though. I suggest allowing intake of clear liquids according to updated anesthesia guidelines. This isn’t a knock on this facility, because this has been a long-standing rule that will be hard to get rid of for all surgery centers! But anyway, just thank you so much!

I had surgery here 6 weeks ago, everyone at the surgery center was very kind and helpful (especially the nurse that helped me remove my septum ring! i forgot to catch her name) The surgery center felt very comfortable and I am glad I was sent here for my surgery rather than somewhere larger and more overwhelming.

An absolutely awesome experience all around. As a 67 year woman getting tubes put in my ears, I couldn’t have had a better experience! Had an amazing team. Denise, Dr McBride, Dr Brown, and Tracy. Kudos to all! Plus, Dr Brown, as my anesthesiologist, listed intently to a concern I had and addressed it perfectly!
