Had Full Knee Replacement today. This is 4th of 4 surgeries I've had here. I give 10Stars for everything here. 1. Seamless process from beginning to end. 2. Care, compassionate, kindness, patient, understanding, knowledgable, friendly and professional. 3. Every professional brings their best self to their part of the process. 4. A family member of mine just had a surgical procedure done here. Mistakes made during pre op and poor care in recovery resulted in an extremely delayed procedure, a fall immediately after the procedure, and we are still experiencing issues. The physicians on call have not been helpful, said they cant help, call your primary care. If it were possible for a complaint to actually land with Duly, that would be great, but as usual dont expect a large Healthcare company to care to reply, fix any issue, or take responsibility. Always been your own advocate.
