Had a hip replaced and everything from the check in to the IV insertion, to the anesthesia, to the recovery and discharge went off perfectly. The most comfortable IV I ever had and woke up from sedation not groggy at all and no sore throat. Totally professional operation.

5 stars are not enough for the people at Kendall Point! From entry reception, my great uplifting nurse Erica,the anesthesiologist, the OR aides,the recovery nurses and physical therapist. Everyone I encountered at that facility made my hip replacement surgery a positive experience. Thank you all

While picking up my boyfriend from his surgery, the nurses were very nice but they were also complaining the entire time about how they wanted to leave. One even talked on the phone with someone explaining that “the patient is still here” and “I’ll text you when he leaves” she was clearly annoyed when talking. I felt like they just wanted to get him out of there so they could go home & patient care was definitely not their main priority.

All of the girls were polite and professional from the moment I walked in, through the procedure, and while walking out. I was greeted with warm and welcoming smiles. My nurse Erika, was a blast and kept me up to date every step of the way. Being a member of the emergency medicine community myself, they did everything by the book with great service too.
