I recently had surgery at this facility. It was clean and quiet. The staff was very professional and attentive. My assigned nurses, Sara, Izzy, and Salam, reassured me about the surgery by calmly answering all my questions and took good care of me. Sara, in particular, was very patient and helpful to me while being discharged.

Had the worst appointment ever. Mom came in for a 9:15am procedure. Dad & I were told on 3 SEPARATE occasions, "NOW she's going in to have her procedure." THREE SEPARATE TIMES! My mom had to wait from 9:15am until 2pm, with an empty stomach since 7pm the night before. They should have rescheduled her!

I just had spine surgery here last week with Dr. Mikhail, who assured me that Preferred Surgicenter could be trusted. I was concerned about having surgery here since reading a negative review, so I am prompted to relay my own experience. I had absolutely zero issues from the time arrived to the time I left. My nurse, Izza, was very personal, professional and comforting. The facility called before my surgery and I was fully informed ahead of my visit as far as pre-op instructions and what to expect. Very organized. Very hygienic. Very professional. Not that I would want to, but I would certainly return if needed!

Dr Robi, Best pain Dr in Chicago by far the best pain management Dr I ever had he listens, cares and gets the pain under control Love him. The Staff is excellent to a good Dr has a good nurse and staff, I will be with Dr Robi Forever. If you have pain see Dr Robi he is amazing, great bed side manners.

Do not deal with this place. I’ve had two procedures here and both nightmare experiences. Also have heard horror stories from multiple calls from many first responders. So if you end up having a medical emergency here the nurses have no idea what to do. The billing is horrible and pretty much non existent. No one answers the phone. Then I was sent to collections but never received statements. I asked what my balance was and they literally said “I don’t know”. When I asked for a statement and a copy of all my payments made to them they could not give it to me because they did not know how to pull it from their system!!!! I’ve worked a billing position previously and pulled patient payments and copies of where the money was applied. I was told to call the senior manager so they gave me his direct phone number!!! They also told me to call him because he never responded back to the employees who went to him for help!! Not sure why they cannot solve issues and have zero critical thinking skills at their “billing center” and have their patients wait months for answers. Please just save yourself the headache as it does not get better after your surgery.
