I wish I could give negative stars. I’m Very disappointed in the business of healthcare at Duly. I’ve been treated with spinal epidural injections for degenerative disc disease and bulging discs. The pain is grueling. My injection was wearing off and I had an upcoming surgery for an abdominal issue that was going to have a 4-6 week recovery time. I knew this would exacerbate the pain in my back as well as impede my recovery. I called Duly 4 times and was told I’d get a call back. Nothing. No one called me back. I went in for surgery last week and I’m now in recovery. I can’t lay down. I attempt to sleep upright. I’m exhausted. I am in crippling pain. I called duly on Sunday and a doctor on call phoned me back. He said he couldn’t help me without being seen. And that I’d have to go to the ER. I can’t walk, bend, or barely move but I’m being told to go to the ER. He then apologizes and says they are severely understaffed and to call the office Monday. So I did. They scheduled a video visit. I have been on the phone for 2 hours trying to reach the doctors office to connect to the video visit. I’ve been transferred to 6 people, none of which are at the Rollingridge pain management center, and no one knows what they are doing. I can not believe with the exorbitant costs of insurance and healthcare, how unprofessional this company is with its patients.any other business operating like this would be out of business. To have patients suffering and be complacent with such a faulty system is 100% unacceptable. The on call doctor literally said “we have hundreds of calls that need to be returned”. Don’t be one of us on the back burner, find a better place to get help.
I saw Jennifer Bren today a this location to transfer my care to a new facility after a bad experience with my past one. She made it all very smooth to be accepted into the facility since I already had all my medical records and had a history of pain management treatment. I wasn't treated like an addict, but I also refuse to be put on muscle relaxers and opiates for my pain management. They don't offer them there so I was happy to know that we are both on the same page. I hope to continue getting my care as is, as it works for me and they allow me to continue to be conservative with treatment. Thank you for making this as easy as possible. Best part of all everything can be done online through the MyChart website which is also linked to my primary and allergist. I sincerely hope third times the charm in terms of finding a pain facility that wont mess up my paperwork nor ignore my insurance when they request important paperwork.
They lie to you they can’t perform lab work they send in lab work not filled out properly. Then send results to insurance companies with fake drud screen. It takes a month or more to get a appointment and then they put in a Office and you get drilled by a PA that does not know her job. They don’t want to treat you unless they can implant a Simulator or Due Injections. It’s All about the Money ! Stay Away ! or pay the price !!!
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I saw the negative ones and had to state that I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with DMG pain management group. No, they’re not perfect, what organization or person is? I especially had to comment on Kathleen, one of the PA’s. She’s been wonderful with me; very caring and compassionate. All of them have been professional in their dealings with me. My appointments have always been timely - except for maybe one in four years that I had to wait longer than 10 minutes to be seen. They answer all of my questions, and are very thorough. I recommend them highly!
My first appointment went great! I am a nurse so I'm stubborn and I live in horrible pain for years. I wanted more out of life to hold my grandchildren be there for my kids! Like I said they were amazing! Then I had this one lady Kathleen T Rogowski-PA. She made me feel everything but human. Thank goodness my husband was with me so he could pick up the pieces. She made me feel like I was an addict. I decided to give it another shot and had someone different. Low and behold I had her again the following appointment. No one should EVER make you feel like that. I am a nurse and I pray to God each day that he gives me more compassion that the day before. I have never spoken out on this issue before however this morning I was thinking how many people has she made feel like this. She got me down in my weakest time, NEVER again! I hope this helps others out there! I will have to say the rest of the staff were excellent. Needless to say I have never went back to a pain clinic nor have I received pain medication I have just suffered it out! God bless
