Red Oaks Surgical Suites. Surgical process was fine but their admissions/billing office is dishonest. Tried to have me pre-pay for surgery. Lied that the requested $2500 fee was my deductible. When I paid $350 (my actual deductible amount) they subsequently charged my credit card for three additional charges of $713 each to collect their desired arbitrary $2500 payment. Charges were not authorized by me but they said that I voluntarily enrolled into a payment plan. I absolutely did not. When the EOB came out and showed they owed me a $1800 refund, it took 2 exhausting months of calling and emailing to get my money back. They played games and lied throughout saying my card will be credited. It was all led by a manager named Courtney. A refund check arrived in the mail eventually. They are unethical, uncaring and incompetent in my book. Beware of their greed and never pay them with a credit card. I will never do business with again. Shameful group.

I DON'T even want to give this emergency room 1 star. It doesn't even deserve that. I have breathing problems and a sore chest from my breathing issues, but yet I still waited almost 2 hrs to be seen. Then when I was seen the doctor wouldn't even listen to what I had to say, and then told me by looking at me he doesn't see any problems. Then he told me what the hospital recommends, but he doesn't think I need to do it because they most likely won't find anything, so when I just denied it he reminded me he didn't have a crystal ball to see what is going to happen to me if I leave. He was completely rude, the guy left the room and I immediately walked out. Never again will I come here. I will be sure to pass on the review to this place to several people in my network.

Horrible. Wish I didn't have to give a star to leave a review. These people don't have a sense of urgency. Don't get me wrong this isn't pointed towards everyone there because the nurses are really nice. But this is the worst place to go if there is actually something wrong with you. I would rather drive an hour away to go somewhere else then this place. I will purposely go to another hospital so I never have to deal with this people again.

I WILL NEVER USE THIS FACILITY AGAIN! AND WILL INFORM EVERYONE IN THE COMMUNITY OF THE SAME!!!! My Wife went to the ER to have a small piece of toenail removed, as it was ingrown. The receptionist did not inform us that my insurance did not cover this ER, her statement was ,"we take ALL insurance" talk about a bait and switch situation!!!! I was charged $4000.00 dollars for this procedure...UNBELIEVABLE!!! Needless to say the DR. did a horrible job- there were still pieces of nail left in that had to be removed afterwards.They also attempted to prescribe antibiotics that were extremely STRONG, I told them I would prefer something less potent and asked them why I needed this? After several attempts to have my question answered , I was finally told that this antibiotic covers MRSA!!! I did not have MRSA and I asked them where I would contract this from? Once again they would not answer my question---- and I stated" obviously from this facility, as this is not something you were contract on a usual basis from home etc....

I don't even want to give one star to this hospital and their staff! My newborn was sick with rsv and we brought her in emergency through ambulance because she had trouble breathing. All they did was keep me in a cold room with my baby for five hours, only to tell me they cannot treat us! My poor baby could not breathe properly they didn't even suction her nasal passages to clean her out nor did they give us any comfort or blankets to keep my baby warm! Please do not go to this hospital! The staff were very rude and careless! We ended up at Lutheran general, where we have the best care!
