Didn't have to wait long, staff was friendly and the process was smooth. Dr Ahmed was great. He really took the time to understand where my discomfort was and was able to talk to me in a way that made me feel like we were on the same page. He had wide range of symptoms that we discussed so we could pinpoint the pain which gave him a good opportunity to better diagnose the issue. Plus no discomfort afterwards, check out was simple and I had great communication with the nurses and staff for my exit procedures and next steps.

I had a great experience with a routine colonoscopy at this office. I was nervous based on the previous reviews, but everyone in the office was very competent, efficient, and friendly. Maybe because I had no underlying health concerns, my husband was able to wait at work to receive a call to come get me. I was in and out in 90 minutes. The front office waiting room is pretty basic, but the back where the procedures are done are extremely well maintained and inviting. I was grateful for the option of a tele-appointment for my first appointment (a couple weeks before the procedure). The provider answered all of my questions completely. I did call at a later date and leave a message that was returned a few days later. It seems that this office focuses the majority of their resources on quality procedures rather than people answering phone calls. The phone call with preparation instructions was quick, but you can Google "colonoscopy prep" to get lots of questions answered. The website has lots of great information, too, if you take time to read it all. I would definitely recommend this office.

Very disappointed in the level of care I received here last year. It felt like it was just a factory of patients being pushed in and out as fast as they could. My calls were never returned and appointments were not productive, as I did not feel heard.

This is a terrible place! Do not bother wasting your time, they do not care about your health, I was told by a staff member that I needed to pay before I could get surgery done. I have severe issues but money must seem to be the most important, as I was told Dr. Shakeel Ahmed said he would not see me until I paid, I will definitely be seeking help elsewhere, I have Blue cross and blue shield, I already have surgery scheduled somewhere else and considering my medical issues I was not put in a situation to pay money upfront or not be seen. This place does not even deserve a 1 star. 0 out of 10 I would never recommend this place. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

AWFUL. The day of my flush, I had questions about it and no one answered the phone for over an hour. The day of my procedure, I wasn't seen for over 2 hours after I was scheduled to show up. After I came out of the anesthesia, NO ONE came around to let me know how things went. Was there any issues, is there anything I should watch out for, nothing like that. Realizing that, because again, I was under anesthesia, I tried calling the office back. Guess what? Another hour trying to get ahold of them. So unreasonable and so unprofessional.
