Staff is always kind and considerate. I have medical anxiety and the nurses are incredible. They helped me stay calm. Kept me laughing so I wouldn't focus on the procedure. I hate the procedure but I won't go anywhere else.

My mom had a knee replacement done yesterday at the SBL surgical center in effingham. Every staff member we engaged with was attentive, patient, and highly communicative. I was impressed with the level of communication as they kept me updated during and after surgery. My mom felt calmed and reassured, especially by the anesthesiologist tech. My mom struggled with anxiety and pain after waking up, and everyone was so kind and supportive of her. Kaitlin took care of her after surgery, and her patience and gentle approach with my mom was SO appreciated. I would recommend them to anyone needing a service they provide.
