My mom's cataract surgery was scheduled to be at 10a.m She arrived at 9:45a.m They called her in at 12p.m saying they have two more patients ahead of her. This office is unorganized. The nurses are nice and friendly .

The nurses & staff are very rude & non courteous . My mom had eye surgery , the doctor was nice & good but the nurse was shouting & impolite ! They have to be more polite & kind with their patients !
