Truly disturbing experience and like others have said- breakdown in communication everywhere. I had trouble communicating with the doctors/nurses due to a language barrier. Not to mention I received a bill this month from over 2 years ago for nearly $600. It is a surgery mill, gave me medication without my consent and sent me home without feeling in one leg unable to walk. I am now dealing with a bill for services/medication nearly 2 years later that I was told my insurance would cover 100%. I would recommend against this facility and go to a traditional hospital instead.
By far one of the most easeful and efficient service I have received. The staff is well educated and informative they insured I left with no questions unanswered. I 100% recommend for any health concerns.
My experience at Fullerton and kimball surgical center was very present staff and front desk are very polite they always give me updates on my love ones and also they let me know how surgery was going, big thanks to all the staff especially Dulce and Pricilla, very kind and helpful, if u want nice treatment and comfort this is the place to go, thank u staff
Serious Red Flags – Patient Safety Concerns I’m deeply concerned and frustrated with my experience at Fullerton Kimball Medical and Surgical Center. This facility is raising serious red flags and gives the impression of being a high-volume "surgery mill" with minimal regard for patient communication and safety protocols. I dropped my husband off early in the morning for a scheduled procedure. It has now been over four hours, and I have received no update regarding his status. I’ve called multiple times, only to be rerouted to an answering service that continuously tells me, “A nurse will call you back.” That call never comes. When I pressed further, I was told: They cannot provide any information about my husband. They cannot connect me to the facility, a doctor, or a nurse. They have no procedure to find out who has my husband or how to verify his well-being. This is unacceptable and terrifying. I have never experienced such a complete breakdown in communication and patient care in my life. Imagine dropping off your loved one for a medical procedure and being completely cut off from any updates or contact. I will be filing a formal complaint and urge state medical oversight authorities to investigate this facility for serious operational and ethical concerns. This is a matter of patient safety. Please think twice before choosing this facility. Your loved one deserves better.
