Please be advised that this is an out patient surgery center not to be confused with a hospital! They’re open for scheduled surgery & most likely close after that. Very clean. Staff was very friendly & professional my main contact was Mirela for any questions or concerns were addressed. The entire staff was above & beyond professional. Dr. Velardre showed compassion answer all my questions. I’m very happy just waiting for the outcome could a few month’s. Once surgery was over they leave you wait for a bit and make sure someone picks you up. My experience from outpatient knee & foot surgery once completed waiting period is what the Doctor says then you go home to rest.

Staff very friendly, all went ok. The customer service afterwards is atrocious! I have called for 5 days straight asking for someone to call me back about my account. No one answers the phone and it goes to voicemail. I have called 6times without anyone calling me back.

Front office Staff was very friendly and helpful. Once they put me in pre op and thru the whole procedure. I felt very rushed. Once I started to wake up they gave me my clothes and said get dressed your ride is here. No one came to talk to me about how it went, or what I should do once I get home. They weren’t very pleasant at all

I was very impressed with this center. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I was in and out in a few hours. Everyone I have dealt with whether on the phone, at the front desk or during the surgical procedure is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The center is very clean too. I would recommend this center. I was pleased with my experience.

As a patient, the experience was beautiful, wonderful. I had a drive-through bunionectomy -- in and out in 2 1/2 hours.the whole team: surgeon, nurses, techs, and reception were exceptional.
