My 3 year old son had to have some dental work here done under general anesthesia and I was so nervous leading up to it. I did call and they would answer questions so that made me feel better, but we had the best experience! the whole staff was amazing!! The front desk, nurses, anesthesiologist, and Dr Hugues were were all so kind and really made me feel at ease!!

Northstar Anesthesia bills separately and will repeatedly send you texts. They will not send a paper bill until they can add a late fee. You won't know where to pay online until they start texting. I'm old, but I don't bank on my phone. One text asked to connect to my Health Equity savings account, so they know I have that. But not my address? I'm getting this text for my right eye surgery after I went through this with my left. I complained to Skyline about this billing practice from their affiliate. Skyline billing was as expected, timely and fine. It's Northstar with this texting. Below is the text I'm getting at 6 am on Sunday and they definitely have my address from last time. This isn't hippaa - billing information can be freely shared between Skyline and Northstar. Text: NorthStar Anesthesia is missing either your email or home address. Please update this information so that we can keep you updated on your bill activity.

We took our five year-old daughter who has autism and about two weeks ago, and whereas the nurses and doctors were accommodating and sweet to my daughter and husband, the receptionist was absolutely cold and rude. My husband parked in the wrong place which we understand we had to move, but the way she asked my husband to move was also absolutely cold and rude… They really need to keep an eye on her. I don’t even know what her name was.. Medium brown hair and glasses and looked to be in her late 20s… i’ve been a front desk clerk for a hotel and I know how important it is to be courteous and kind to the people you are helping because you are the face of the company so you might need to have a little talk with your receptionists and let them know what customer service is.. She proceeded to help an older couple right after me and my husband and treated them with kindness and respect so I don’t know if it was a race thing, but my husband is Hispanic!
