All the healthcare staff I interacted with were very friendly and attentive, and they provided excellent service. From Holly in triage to Malan on the bedside unit, and including Dr. Cheng, Dr. Martin, and Austin in the CT department, every single member of the Castle ER staff I encountered provided exceptional care and excellent customer service. I have been to other hospitals, but I have never experienced the same level of quality and compassion from the health staff as I did at Castle ER.

Went in for hip replacement surgery. They held a class the day before to go over what to expect, how to set up for sport car, how long. It was very helpful! I found all the staff very helpful and professional. Have me a real sense of security. Healing well now, thank you.

I went to the ER last night and it as packed. That said, they did their best to prioritize the patients and ensure everyone was comfortable and well cared for. The ER staff are so friendly and attentive, and I feel like they took my concerns seriously. All staff listened to what I had to say and took action appropriately to ensure no stone was left unturned. They kept me updated every step of the way and ensured I was comfortable and informed.

Wonderful experience!!! Love that it is in Kaneohe which is so much more convenient for me especially since my doctor's office is in the same building! Staff was friendly and helpful with practically no wait time. The gentleman who did the sonogram was extremely professional, pleasant, and friendly, putting me at ease immediately. He explained the procedure initially as well as informed me each step through the process. Wish I could my mammogram at this facility! Wonderful experience in every way!! Thank you for establishing this facility here in Kaneohe and staffing it with great people!

Everyone was very nice, showed compassion and made sure I was ok and comfortable. They also made it a point to ask my husband if he was ok or needed anything. They explained all results so I understood, and made sure I follow up with the best specialist and my MRI . It was truly a blessed and safe environment.
