I very time (5 times now) I have tried to call the he office I get put on recorded music for 30 minutes and can’t ever speak to a receptionist. Unbelievable incompetence. One star is one too many.

Extremely rude staff and nightmare of a clinic. There’s no communication between staff and doctors. I had to call literally 10! times and nobody cares to help. The staff could care less about the experience of the patient and fail to address issues. Extremely rude and poor customer service and management of staff. I ultimately fired them.

I’ve been waiting a full year for an appointment with Dr. Karla Noel and when I finally showed up today, I was told she’s no longer practicing there. No one from the clinic reached out, called, or emailed to let me know my appointment was canceled or that she had left. After waiting so long, it’s extremely disappointing and unprofessional to find this out at the front desk. Patients deserve basic communication and respect for their time — especially after waiting months or even a year for care.

After 6 years with 5 different primary care doctors, and with my annual medical/blood work scheduled 2 weeks away they dropped me out of their system. Apparently all their primary care doctors quit or retired with no replacement scheduled for 2-4 months. They will not refill my heart medication prescriptions. Basically kicked me in the butt and said see you later. Needless to say I found a new provider and medical center.

We heard a bunch of horror stories about never being able to get in touch with anyone, but we had a really good experience. After getting a referral from our insurance, we got a call within the week to schedule an appointment. When I needed to call to cancel, there was no hold time. Pleasantly surprised and would recommend from our short interactions.
