My son broke his arm and we saw Dr. Cunningham for a cast he was very nice and explained everything to us, was also very kind to my 5 year old who had lots of questions about what was going on. Great pricing as well we didn't feel taken advantage of with it being a specialist office and having no insurance. Would definitely recommend!

I have been going to the Hafa Adai clinic and cannot say enough about how wonderful they are. Dr. Medina is truly an amazing Doctor! He will make you feel at home and comfortable. He is very knowledgeable, efficient, takes the time to answer all of your questions and very friendly. Best Doctor in Guam! Thank you to all at the Half Adai Specialist Group Guam.

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I only put it because it’s the only way I was able to write a review. My other half’s mom was supposed to be seen for an urgent follow up, URGENT, but when they call her in to come in at 11 in the morning, 30 minutes prior to her appointment they say her new referred doctor left and won’t be back for the day. So the next day it’s scheduled at 11 again but this time she doesn’t get called till 1:04 pm. The nurse said to wait 2 minutes and the doctor will be in. At 1:40 pm The doctor never showed up. We wasted almost 2 hours for nothing. And we call back to be referred somewhere else because their service sucks, especially their receptionist, Angie. They rescheduled us for the 25th even though it’s an Urgent case per her primary doctor. Do not waste your time with them.

If they are referring patients for off island treatment (especially the elderly) PLEASE GIVE THEM EVERYTHING THEY NEED TO PRESENT TO THEIR INSURANCE. Sometimes my parents drive on their own but they are in their mid 70s. I was the one driving my mother around today as I was off. But if my mother, who is already sick has to drive back and forth on her own because her documents from Hafa Adai Specialist Group were missing crucial information to get a referral from Take Care. This is unacceptable!!! I wouldn’t want this to happen to any one else especially the elderly! To top it all off THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE! At first I thought their phone was broken...but as we waited in the lobby for the information we should’ve had in the first place, I heard their phone ring. And no one was about to jump and pick it up.
