What a great customer service focused and helpful interaction I recently experienced during my appointment. Both Natalie and Addison, really stood out as the rock stars, but the entire staff was amazing. Thank you for making my day with great care!

Staff and procedure was all good. But I was charged almost 1700 dollars after being told there would be no cost to me. I did check on this several times before my procedure. They charged me 1200 dollars basically for using the facility. Complete rip off. Will never step foot in Northside ever again.

From the 1st greeter ( I didnt get her name) it was a great experience! The waiting room is small so very politely they asked the drivers to hang out on the 1st floor or in your car. My wife waited in the car until they called her once I was ready for pick up. Robyn started me off my vitals and she was super friendly and nice for a Braves fan. Im a NY Mets fan lol. Kennedy came in to my little private prep area to do the intravenous saline solution and she was nice amd friendly. Oh and pretty much everyone had there Halloween outfits on which was so cool! Natalie wheeled me back and she was also so nice and patient with me. Alyssa the anesthesiologist was very nice and explained everything to me. And Doctor Kalmin was unbelievably kind and answered all my questions. And Maddie in the recovery room also warm and friendly. PS I loved the warm blanket they gave me while I was waiting in my curtain room area for the procedure. Also they kept the waiting room informed if a Doctor was running late due to the prior procedure. I hope I didnt leave anyone out. For a unpleasant prep they made the procedure a pleasant friendly and welcoming experience! These folks deserve our thanks! They have mine. See ya in 3 years!
