I had my first routine colonoscopy with digestive consultants today. I can't say enough about the staff and doctors at this facility. Very polite and nice facility. Would definitely recommend, if you have to have it done to go through their office.

I've already waited an hour past my appointment time. I found out I'll see a nurse practitioner instead of Dr and this is my first visit. I used Dr choudri 14 years ago and I loved this office but I don't care for the way they are doing things now!! I came to see Dr Choudri and at the first visit he should see the patient,I don't feel comfortable with this

I went for my first visit, I was referred by my doctor. Had to wait over an hour to be seen. The staff was very very rude and have attitudes, especially Katie, the woman upfront, checking you in and the lady scheduling the appointments in the back I will not be back to this doctor. I told them I did not want to schedule the procedure, that I will go to Valdosta. Doctor Choudhri walked past me twice and didn’t even speak! I never leave reviews but this one was a MUST. This office needs a few adjustments, especially in customer service!

I love Dr. Kubick but his office manager is a crook. I was charged a co-pay that my insurance paid 100%. I understand the co-pay but was explained that I would get it back. My procedure was done December 29th when I spoke with Sandra Kicklighter at the end of March she said its policy that they have to wait 90 days to send out over payment back to the patient because insurance will retract sometime and I understand that. I have called the the office daily and she will not even take my call or my messages I had one of the nurses there to tell me personally this is an on going problem that they have been having so my HR at my job has filed a formal complaint against this office and with my insurance even if I don't get my money back she don't deserve to work for such good doctors and ripping people off.
