Absolutely ridiculous this place is. Had a procedure done there in September where I had to pay 700$. I was supposed to get a refund from them but got referred to their billing dept. Their billing dept keeps trying to reach out to them but when you call they say they don't talk or send anything to their billing dept. But their billing dept keeps trying to reach out to them to get information. If you can avoid using insurance here do it because they don't know how to manage their finances for people.

I had such great care for my procedures. Caring, friendly staff. Allison, one of the preop nurses that took care of me was so sweet, efficient, and made me feel so calm before my procedure and everyone else was great. A+ all around.

All I can say is wow. Houston Healthcare Ambulatory Surgery Center provides top-notch medical care with a smile. Everyone who helped me--from the receptionist to the nurses to the anesthesiologists--was so considerate and pleasant that it was almost fun to be there. All had a sense of humor and easy laugh as they put me back in shape with efficiency and solid skill.

My husband and I both have had procedures done here.Everyone is always so nice from the front door to the back door. Always smiling and helpful. And warm blankets :) We are thankful Warner Robins has a great facility like this. Keep up the great work.

Across street from the CITGO gas station. Be prepared to wait 3 hours after your appointment time. Handicap entrance, BUT no handicap doors for the restrooms!! You can't open the doors without another person opening it for you! You have to bang on the door to get out! So humiliating! The doors are extremely hard to open even for a person with two arms! Other than that, the patient experience gave them five stars!
