I had no trouble getting an appointment within a reasonable timeframe. The Front desk was warm and cordial, assisting me with the electronic check in when I needed help; the waiting room time was minimal, less than 15 minutes, and I was immediately processed through x-ray. The PA, Aaron, took the time I needed to explain my alternatives and options.. He showed knowledge of the cause of my discomfort, was empathetic, and understanding as well. I never felt rushed or that my issue was insignificant. I sure do feel blessed to have these caregivers on my team.
