I had a mixup in my scheduling and it didn’t even get scheduled. I showed up and just sat down, lol. Well 20 mins later I ask cause it’s almost time...long story shirt...no appt. I tell you these people and my doctor pulled together and quickly rectified the error or glitch. I was in there in no time listening to Annie crack jokes. Everyone was so personable and professional and they were immeasurably apologetic about the mishap. I don’t see how you can not love this place because of the staff.

TODAY, I had knee surgery with Dr. Barbour and my experience was wonderful! Every single person I had contact with and was very professional, kind and caring. They took great care of me. Thanks, Northlake!!

Watch the paperwork -- it's bogus. 1) they instruct you to complete your medical history online, using One Medical Passport -- and if you don't, they will phone you and do it via phone. Neither happened -- I came with forms (8 pgs or so) not completed, and they never asked for them. Glad I didn't waste time ! 2) Standard checkin forms req'd my initials (highighted where I should sign) -- but when I read the statements, most were untrue, e.g., "I received a copy of ..." (no true) -- x 4 or so untrue statements ! Forms required witness -- but no one witnessed my signature, so i didn't sign. All proceeded -- they must have gotten the 2 'magical' signatures -- consent for treatment and payment responsibility. All of the rest (another 6+ pgs) were bogus -- 1 statement promised I'd receive a list of all drs. who had financial interest in the facility before leaving -- did not/would not provide it to me. So -- beware of whatever the paperwork says -- it's likely a) unnecessary; b) a total waste of time; c) untrue or false pledges; d) never used or reviewed. And, don't go to the bathroom in the lobby -- scary dirty, Covid-19 cleaning m/b a joke too.

I had the worst experience at this place when my son had his ears patched here. All of the ladies were rude to my son and I. They called him a cry baby and that I should make him stop crying. This is not an environment that you would want to take your child.
