Top tier Facility, Care team, & Dr's only at Apex! Best and most caring Surgery Center I've been to. Everyone has been so nice and very informative. Dr. Seecharan is the best Neurosurgeon I've ever had, he explains things so thoroughly and breaks things down so I can understand exactly what is going on with my injury.
I had Mircodiscectomy with Barrucaid Implant. The team did outstanding! The nurse's who took care and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Raore did an amazing job and so glad I choose them, no paid or any issues!! Highly recommend them!!
I really like this center. Dr. Sami is awesome and does a great job. Yesterday I did have a issue. My injection app was 11am but was told to arrive a half hour before. We did just to be waiting 3 to 4 hrs for a 30 min procedure. The doctors and surgeons were awesome and took great care of me. So did nurse Jennifer who noticed how uncomfortable and cold I was and put my blankets on me properly. She also did my iv where I was comfortable having it. The first nurse ignored me did it in my hand and blew a vain. She was unaware that I seen my bp and I asked her how was my bp, she was not honest. Said it was fine. 211/101 if I'm not mistaken. That was not fine and should have been reported to my Dr. I took my bp meds at 8am so it shouldn't be that high. It wasn't nerves bc I've had surgery and another injection the past couple of months. Ms. Jennifer did notice my bp and took my vitals again. Which was better than the first reading.
I had surgery this morning and I have nothing but wonderful things to say. When I got home, I realized they had put a card in my folder with well wish from my whole surgical team. It was so sweet! My nurse, Jennifer, was a ray of sunshine and an absolute sweetheart. Everyone I interacted with was very patient with my questions and ensured I was informed of everything I would expect with my procedure. If I ever had to go through surgery again, I would certainly choose Apex.
I cannot say enough positive things about my experience at APEX Spine and Neurosurgery. From the moment I walked in, the entire team—doctors, nurses, and staff—treated me with the utmost care, professionalism, and kindness. The doctors took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me and made sure I felt comfortable and confident in my treatment plan. The nurses were attentive, compassionate, and always ready to help with a smile. The support staff made every step of the process smooth and stress-free, going above and beyond to make me feel cared for. It’s clear that everyone at APEX truly cares about their patients, and that level of dedication made all the difference in my recovery. I felt not only well taken care of but also valued and respected as a person. I highly recommend APEX Spine and Neurosurgery to anyone in need of top-notch medical care—you won’t find a better team anywhere!
