I am writing this to share my experience with one of the employees of the billing department called to get answer about my bill she was rude and condescending to the point she must be related to management or the owner her name is Natalie cause if she had to answer to anyone she would not behave as she did so hope the urologist is better than this person if you use this place

I am writing this as a patient who has used this facility several times. I am giving a 5 star rating because I have never had an issue here. The staff are well trained, caring ,and efficient . I especially want to mention nurse Kristen and nurse Julie...they are both awesome, as well as the anesthesia group that the center uses. I highly recommend this facility, if you are in need of these services.
