The visit there all 3 times were very very disappointing. You go see Dr. rabun for a endoscopy to tell you IDK ANS THOSE ARE GOOD QUESTIONS WHEN YOU ASK WHAT IS WRONG ? This place done to the staff mostly black women are very nasty (attitude) my questions weren't answered and I'm still experiencing issues only to be sent out having to take 4 pills and foot know what wrong ? For anyone that cares about there help please don't go here ! They don't follow up with you and they are very nonchalant with finding out how to better care for you . DR RABUN IS A VERY LOW GRADE SORRY DOCTOR! Terrica Swanson a patient will never ever return there ever !

This office has significant issues with appointment timing. When your appointment is scheduled for a specific time, be prepared to arrive at least an hour early. While the staff is friendly, the scheduling process needs serious improvement. A procedure that was supposed to take 40 minutes ended up lasting nearly three hours because I followed their instruction to arrive an hour early.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with kindness and professionalism. The nurses and staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and cared for every step of the way. They were attentive and compassionate. The level of care I received here truly exceeded my expectations.
