I think I have met every doctor PA and MA in the short time that I have been with this company Everyone has been very professional towards me, and I appreciate that very much. What i don't like is feeling like I'm being passed around to everybody. Give me the same person each visit and I'll be happy with that. The phone system needs a lot of attention as well. These are my top concerns. I enjoyed my last visit with PA Sabina She had a listening ear and was very patient with me.

First of all the reception staff Top Notch excellent they take care of you soon as you come in and leave. And the staff as you go into the waiting room before you see the doctor are excellent as well. Then Dr Galan is fantastic. Spent a great deal of time on my first visit as a new patient ..going through all details of possible plans he may want to do. Explained everything in detail to me and my daughter. Top Notch all around. Highly recommend Dr Galan.

Dr.Wilkinson and his team were amazing. I just recently was scheduled to have a re-vision surgery done on my spinal cord stimulator and as we got there quickly realized it would be a replacement surgery instead. His team worked very hard to quickly get a pre-authorization done same day where I could still keep my surgery on the same day. That not only went above and beyond but even stayed late to finish. I truly appreciate all the hard work of every employee at Pain Care as I have been a patient there now for 7+ years. I can’t say more great things about them all. Thank you all again for everything you do ♥️♥️♥️♥️
