Medici Orthopedics & spine is a game changer when it comes to relieving pain, knowledge in their field & having completely satisfied patients! I am going on my 5th anniversary of being a happy patient at Medici & I wouldn’t have it any other way. The facilities are always clean, the doctors & staff are phenomenal and I have never felt better! My pain is completely managed and I would absolutely recommend Medici to all of my family and friends! Thank You Dr. Sonny, Dr. Newfield, Lorena, Courtney, Melissa, Robin, Karen, Saul and The entire Medici Team for helping me live my best life!

My name is Gregory Harris, I was a patient of this orthopedic clinic for the past 9 months or so. I recently had a traumatic experience during my last visit on 12/18/25. I attended my pre-op that was scheduled on 12/16/25. The Dr that I spoke to that day thought that I had already had my RFA procedure done. I informed him that it was scheduled but had to be cancelled due to a family emergency. That was the first red flag that I should have picked up on, as to how well they monitor and communicates their patients history. We discussed my eating and drinking instructions 8 hours prior to the procedure. We also agreed that I had elected to be sedated during this procedure. On 12/18/25 the day of my procedure, I arrived, checked in, and it was also mentioned that I was going to be sedated during the process, and verified that I had a driver with me. A few minutes later I was called back. My vitals were taken and I was moved in to the room for the procedure. As we entered the room I noticed there was no machine in the vicinity to monitor my bp, pulse, breathing etc. I was instructed to lay on the table on my stomach. I felt my shirt come up and the area being cleaned. I was then told that I would feel a pinch and a burn. That is when I realized that I was not going to be sedated. I asked the person giving the injection why wasn’t I being sedated. He stated that he wasn’t aware of me being sedated. He asked me was I supposed to be sedated. I stated yes. He said let me check on this and came back and said he wasn’t aware of and was sorry for the mistake. I stated to him that I did not want to proceed any further with the procedure. I informed him that I did not feel comfortable with someone performing a procedure on me that did not know the full details of the patients request. I stated that this was unacceptable and that I was leaving. The Dr expressed his apology and asked if we could continue. I stated no, I then spoke with the administrator. I made it clear that I was not satisfied with this careless mistake. I informed her that there is a serious lack of communication with her staff and this should never ever happen to any patient. I am absolutely appalled that someone higher up perhaps the founder/owner of this business has not reached out to me to offer an apology. I suffer from ptsd from my service in the military. Last night I did not sleep well and could not calm down. I would not recommend this medical clinic to anyone. In this business field, a lot of the times you don’t get a second chance to make communication mistakes without a fatal outcome. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!

This review is a bit overdue as I visited three times with my mother for her appointment. We are warmly greeted each time we come. The ones who impress me the most are Gilly and Courtney. Gilly is the sweetest and remembers each detail my mother has discussed. What can I say about Courtney that could do her justice? She just has a real heart for her patients. She is the first person who didn’t rush my mother through her visit and I think actually listened to her. My mother is all I have, and I actually felt that the people here care about her pain. I purposely don’t say much to see if my mother is treated with care as we have had bad experiences in the past. I’m glad to take her to a place where people actually care for their patients. Not to sound inappropriate, but the ladies are both beautiful inside and out. I want to also give a good mention to the check in woman. I’m embarrassed to say that I forgot her name but I don’t forget kindness. She is a lovely African American woman with short red and black hair. I am not disappointed.

Went to the office in Snellville for the first time today and it was amazing. Melissa greeted me right away , Lorena and Deanna were great , Dr. Newfield was very attentive and knowledgeable, thank you so much everyone, even Robin at the checkout was very friendly . I give this office a 5 star for their customer service, it was worth the one and a half hours drive.

I am an established patient since 2021 with Medici in Snellville, GA. I have nothing but praise for the Doctors, the NP’s, MA’s and the entire staff! They are extremely knowledgeable in their field & others, they are courteous, efficient and I feel like family every time I am there (which is at least once a month.)
