Dr. Akstein is The Greatest Ophthalmologist in the Metro Atlanta area!!! He truly cares for his numerous diverse patients. I had cataract surgery a week ago and I Thank God for Dr.Akstein. He’s a master in his profession and I am grateful to know him and his diligence to help everyone. He shared with me that a lot of doctors will not accept the patients he services. He said he doesn’t do it for the money, but he’s abundantly blessed. I pray God impresses upon the heart of another like minded ophthalmologist to help him, because he has so many patients. Completely unprofessional! I requested an appointment a month in advance and a day before my appointment they sent a message that it was "declined". A day? Come on! Now to search for a different eye doctor and hope they're not too far on appointments. What a waste of time!

I'm so disappointed that my primary doctor referred me to this place for my stye. Some of the staff are so unprofessional, the waiting times are ridiculous more than 2 hours for anything. I believe Mr. Akstein is the only eye doctor there. Mr. Akstein could use some more professional bedside manner. No written instructions for aftercare. Talks so fast and just rushed everything after you've been waiting for so long. If you know another doctor please post here

My son first time going to get his eye check was good . We got him a pair of glasses but a couple months later he broke them so I called and they said that he could get a replacement with his insurance so I called in February to order have them order the replacement and they said they will call me in 2-3 weeks when they come in ! So 3 weeks pass and no one reaches out to me so I call and they say that they couldn’t see anything so they will leave a message to the manger to call me back because the manger is the only one who can see if they came in so I’m like okay ! I waited a week and she never called ! Called again and I left another message ! I left like 4 messages and and we are already in April and till this date no one has called me back ! I told them if the manger doesn’t call me back then who is the manger boss and they said the doctor so I told them to let me speak to him and they said he doesn’t know anything about glasses ! So at this point I gave up and have looked for another location ! Because no one ever has called me back ! So unprofessional!

NO REAL Customer service anymore. So, I was sent to this eye center from sos. I had to cancel my appointment a few times. The black lady with the red hair was super ugly, mean, and down right nasty to me for canceling my appt. Needless to say, I won't be using this company ever.
