I called to schedule an appointmentt and wanted to verif thaty were in network. The switchboard lady says billing would know. Billing lady said she can't find out and I should call insurance. I started to explain insurance lists many in network who don't accept my plan but she overtalked me. When I told her to listen first, she said I was rude and the switchboard would know. I said that lady sent me to her. She transferred mebut no one picked up. Called 3 times but was put on hold for more than 5 mins each time without an apology.

My first colonoscopy here 3 years ago went great. My recent experience was quite different. Although all staff were kind, every single provider rushed, rushed, rushed. I felt like I was in a factory. They took no consideration putting the IV in- just 7 seconds. It was positioned over a bone so everyone else I came in contact with touched it, causing a lot of pain. The recovery nurse wanted to go to lunch and so rushed me coming out of anesthesia. My driver caught me going head first toward the floor trying to get dressed. The GI doctor did not explain anything to me after as was the case last time. Please know that simply saying “take your time” doesn’t make a patient feel less rushed.

Great staff! Front desk, nurses, assistants and doctors not only are very professional but truly make you feel comfortable, understanding that patients arrive to the office scared, confused or simply worried. Highly recommend them.

Great experience! Everyone from the front desk to the surgeon were professional and personable. Want to say a person thank you to my nurse and anesthesiologist. They made me feel I was in good hands. Highly recommend!

The services were okay. This was my first colonoscopy ;therefore, I did not know what to expect. When doing my final briefing, I was told that I do not need to come back EVER for another colonoscopy. This seems like bad information being that I am 55 years old. I confirmed with my doctor and she stated that this is truly misinformation.
