This was my first time visiting and every single person from the front desk staff member Ms. Nida to the team that prepped me for my procedure to Dr. Goldfine himself were kind, knowledgeable and very professional. My experience was great, professional, and helpful to my healing. Dr. Ryan and Dr. Shaynah are excellent doctors. Both Goldfine’s are patient, shows a genuine concern for their patients, listens, and offers their expertise in a manner that the patient can understand. They are gentle in their examinations and ensures the patient’s are comfortable and in their delivery of services. The staff from the front door (Ms. Nita), Melissa, and the other staff members (sorry, I forgot their names). When you walk into the office, you can feel the warmth and caring atmosphere as you walk to Ms. Nita with her beautiful smile and greeting to be checked in. From there, Melissa comes to greet you with her beautiful smile and take you back for x-rays, and an assessment. She is soft spoken and professional. Denise or Darlene (maybe the wrong name, and I do apologize for not getting the name right), but you all get the message. An office full of professionals who are wagered to do their jobs. I am grateful for each staff and their positions. I cannot say enough about this practice and highly recommend Dr. Ryan and Dr. Shaynah Goldfine, Ankle and Foot Specialist.
