My experience was very good. I had a bunch of caring people who were showing me love and care while I was anxious. I was able to joke with them and make light of surgery. No One likes surgery. It's scary. The walk into the OR was weird, but I had wrapped my blanket around me like a cape, so I had courage. It was almost like being cared for by family.

So I’m a driver of a patient and our appointment was at 8:45 this morning! The doctor didn’t show up till almost 11 and now I received a text from my fiancé who is waiting for surgery and said he is still an hour out , that they are going in order by bed number and he will be last ! It is now 12! Not only that it only took 30 minutes of poking him to start his IV…..this is ridiculous

Let me begin by saying the nurses and the anesthesiologist who took care of me were wonderful. The front office, not so nice. These people tried to hit me up for $3,000. 00 for two eye surgeries. My insurance covered these procedures 100% And they had the audacity to be miffed because after closer verification they couldn't get my money. They had my Insurance registered in Georgia when in fact it was from another state. When they presented me the bill, I caught it immediately. I watched patients leave after being informed of the sticker shock. Imagine showing up for a surgical procedure and then realizing you can't afford to get it because of a ransom fee you may not even owe. If I ever need another procedure it will not happen here.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars because the staff on April 4, 2025, was exceptional. I was a nervous wreck trying my best to hide it by avoiding eye contact & conversation. The staff was professional & so comforting, which made my time go by smoothly. I had a great experience with each individual I had to interact with. My physician was Dr Tayara, who was also professional & gave amazing care. I highly recommend & won't be so nervous the next time I am scheduled to go here. Thank you to each & every individual involved with my care.

My surgery was in Dec. The receptionist billed me twice as much for my copay. My FSA will NOT reimburse me because of MSC's error. I have been calling the surgerical center since Jan and leaving messages because no one answers the phone or calls you back. Good luck and find a new surgical center!
