My experience was great! The staff and Dr. Lowe were very nice. My procedure went smoothly and I Iiked that someone from the office called me the next day to check on me.
The doctor I have is great. Front desk person is great always helpful but the office staff and especially the office managers are horrible. They don’t work with you to fulfill what the doctor treatment plan is. They don’t return calls and one of the office managers hung up right in my face. When asked for her boss was told she only responds by email and I’m still waiting on a response 2 weeks later. The NP told me to call her if I needed anything but when asking for her they never let you through to her or will send you to her voice mail. Then she orders a prescription for you that you’re not even aware of until you get a text from your pharmacy to see what it is and they tell you what it is and who ordered it you realize it was this office. Horrible communication and no care for the patients they are suppose to be caring for. They need a whole new management team for their back office. I’m a health care provider and this is not appropriate.
The young lady I saw for my consultation was very nice. The only thing I would say is that the receptionist needs to work on her reception skills. Did not look up, no greeting, just not a friendly face. Everyone else was super nice. Just wouldn't want that young lady to be the face of my business and the first contact you have.
I currently see Dr. P. He is great. This was my first time getting and endoscopy. What really calmed my nerves was the crew he works with Myra was my attending nurse and Joshua did my anesthesia: they helped me laugh and relax before they knocked me out for the best nap. Got to listen to some 80s jams while I waited. A doctor is only as good as his working crew. And these guys are great. Worth the wait ! Yay for being young with tummy issues ❤️
Had an appointment at the Snellville location for 2:00 pm. The office called me the day before and told me that the appointment for 2 was cancelled and can they move me to the next day, I told her no because I had schedule the appointment for 2 wks ago and I cannot take another day of. The personal put me on hold said let her check to see if she can fit me in for another time for the 29th. She came back on said she can put me in for 11-11:30. Went there this morning they told me my appointment is at 2:pm not 11 or 11:30. These people at the front desk are suppose to be the first impression for these doctors and they act as if people are begging them something, their personality is ugly and stink no one had the manners to say good morning. Not a good place to go. Will not be going back there.
