The staff is great. Very friendly. Very helpful. I would have rated higher but everyone that I saw caring for patients was not wearing gloves. Also the part of my IV line where medicine was injected was not cleaned first. Is this no longer required?

Disreputable in so many respects. 1. Had me come in for an appointment that I paid for so they could take my vitals and the doctor could shake my hand. Useless 2. A week ahead of time they called me over and over again demanding I prepay my portion of the bill long before I show up. When I told them I would pay when I got there, the CFO called and after I corrected her impression that I wanted to talk to her backed off when I asked if she was going to loose the entire sale just because I wouldn't pay until the day of the invasive procedure. 3. When I showed up and said I was prepared to pay, I was told they had already taken it on the same card I paid for the first appointment. I believe that meets the standards of thievery. 4. The staff in the back were mediocre at best with no bedside manner and were only too happy to hustle me out the door. I woke up and they told me to get dressed my driver was waiting. This is a great example of the arrogance of modern medical clinics. They should be shut down.

Great care but make sure that you know how much your procedure is going to cost (physician fee, facility fee, anesthesia fee, pathology fee) you out of pocket before you have it done so that you don't have all of the surprise bills that I have had! Just got another bill more than 2 years after for the anesthesia. I pray that your health issues are resolved quickly and in your favor.
