The surgery went well. Its after that, things went south. twice with me and one time with the wife. After they said what it would cost me, ( which i paid in cash up front ) They send additional bills that already say( Sent to collections ) Even when you make a payment plan they continue on to collections. I called and they say, Just because you made a payment plan does not mean we are not going to send to collections. If you value your credit or don't want thousands in additional bills, Don't use this place.

The nurses and staff I had today were amazing! But Dr Middlebrooks was awkward! I have never met this man in my life. He walks in says good morning. He doesn’t introduce himself. He ask what side am I getting the shot then ask me to lean up, marks my back and he’s gone. No pause for this being my first time! No overview of his steps and what I should expect. I go to the procedure room face down “butt” up literally. He walks in tells me he is numbing the area. Numbing the area again. I might feel some burning. He says I’m done and he’s out! If it wasn’t for the great nurses Amy, Nikki and Erin I believe I would have been so confused! I get Dr Middlebrooks is doing a million of these a day but it was my first one! Take a pause! Check on your patient! Provide steps! Where is the bedside manner? I felt like I was in a mill… very awkward and uncomfortable! Thanks to all the nurses and staff! Y’all are great. Dr. Middlebrooks slow down and do better!
