The nurses are “PHENOMENAL” !!! Dr. G. Explains everything so I can understand what he’s saying as he’s doing the procedure. My pain level has gone from a 10+ down to a 1-2. Huge difference in my pain. Highly recommended.

I’ve been with LIP since 2015 & I’ve always been treated with respect & kindness by everyone. I have chronic pain due to multiple spinal issues. Unfortunately after 2 major spinal surgeries I still have severe pain. Which is the reason that I began & I’m still seeing Dr. G & his staff for pain management. I really love the Christian music that’s played through the intercom. I know that God is always the one in control of my life, and I’m also think that he created physicians & healthcare workers to help us when we need medical assistance in life too.

There’s not enough time for me to tell you what a true blessing Dr G and Dr Mat has been to me. If you’re dealing with real chronic pain and you need someone who really cares and can do great miracles with shots and also meds as needed. Then Dr. G And his staff is the right place. I truly could not have the life I have without them. I’ll make sure they’re on my insurance before I change insurance companies.. They are that important to me. I am probably 1 of his oldest patients.over 20 years And still think he’s the best for me no doubt. I don’t live as a zombie on meds. if that tells you anything then you understand why he’s so important to me . The care. The knowledge the common sense approach that Dr. G and his staff has is above any pain Dr I have ever seen . something so many Pain Dr’s don’t get . I want to live and enjoy my life as much as possible with my circumstance, and Dr. G and his staff gives that to me.I hope this helps you know this is the wright place for you.

Tl;dr: long term patient of Lanier. I think they are great and I would recommend them without reservation! I have been going to Lanier for about 5 years and seeing Dr. John Givogre and Matt Dovie, PA. I have a chronic illness, and I was not in a great place when I found Lanier. I will admit that I’m not an easy patient, as my illness and treatment can be complicated. Understandably, many overworked physicians often didn’t have sufficient time or energy to give me the care I needed to really improve. While Lanier does see many patients, I am always given the time I need to address my issues and I always feel seen, validated, and respected (occasionally they run a tiny bit behind, but I always know it’s because they are giving all of us the time we need). Throughout my time there, I have been able to discuss many standard/straightforward therapies, as well as some that are less conventional. After these discussions, not all of the possible therapies get pursued, but I know they will hear me out even if they advise against certain therapies in the end. Over these years, all the treatments (excluding a couple that didn’t do much but were still helpful for our understanding of my conditions) have added up, and have led to a level of functioning that I had feared to even dream possible. I will always have a chronic illness, but managing it is no longer the only thing I do. I am slowly building back more of an identity outside of my illness and my bed and I am so happy. I wouldn’t be at this point without Dr. Givogre, Matt, their wonderful nurses, and their patient admin. I’m so grateful and comforted to have them by my “side” on the ups and downs -both past and likely future- of my journey. I cannot recommend them enough.
