Specialty Spine and Pain has no doubt helped my mother stay mobile. Her pain is barely manageable. Our favorite NP is Brian Engel. We give him 5 stars. Thank you to everyone that has helped my mom regain some of her mobility.

I continue to like this practice. I especially like Dr. Robinson. He is fast, knowledgeable, but is willing to listen to your questions and give you answers. He makes me feel like a person, not patient number 42 of the day . I like most PA’s in this practice. They have helped my problems and not pushed for surgery, which I do not want. My sole complaint Is that you cannot call with a medical question and get an answer. This needs to be addressed, probably as lack of personnel. Nevertheless, I would recommend them.

Dr Alvear and his PAs are truly caring people. They have improved my overall quality of life. I feel better, I rest better and I can do so much more. From pain management procedures to medication management you can’t find a better Dr and Staff anywhere.

The staff at the Gainesville office is amazing. They’re very professional and informative. They make you comfortable from start to finish. Dr. Stephanie Smith is AWESOME. She’s super smart. She explained everything about my condition and gave me great options. I have recommended her to several family members and friends. I haven’t been pain free in years until I started seeing her. I highly recommend this practice.

I was greeted by a pleasant receptionist as soon as I walked in the door. And since I did my check-in online I had very little wait time. In the front and back everyone was polite, efficient and professional. Everything was explained as it was being done, and I was asked if I had any questions several times during the procedure. The procedure was quick and painless due to the anesthesia. In fact, I wasn’t even sure anything had been done! After the procedure they had me sit in recovery for a few minutes to be certain I didn’t have any bad after effects, and the nurse walked me out to be sure I made it out to my daughter safely.
