This "Awesome Patient Care" starts at the Front Desk Reps, and goes all way thru to your individual Doctor ("Provider")..These Great Folks are just like my own family!! Not only do they care about all of your patient needs, but giving great advice, and guidance all along the way of your care!! They all are like ("My Adopted Family") I care for all of them very deeply!!

Just got a facet joint injection from Dr. Hamza, and it was a fantastic experience. The first session was a consultation, where it was explained to me clearly exactly the procedure, the benefits, and the outcome. The second session was the procedure. I was greeted by extremely friendly front staff, Julie and Ana. I was then moved to the pre-op area, where I was offered a variety of refreshments, had my vitals taken, and then off to the procedure. The procedure was painless, which really speaks to Dr. Hamza's experience. I will absolutely be going there for future injections. Theyve created a professional and welcoming environment.

Beware!!!! Do NOT go to this horrible man unless you want to feel degraded. When I made my appointment four weeks ago I read the reviews and I was afraid because I didn’t see not one good review. I gave this man a chance well I should not have! Always go with your gut instinct and I ignored mine. I wasted my time and money. He never lets you finish a sentence and constantly interrupts you! He is rude and disrespectful. He said he wanted me to have a pain pump put in my body. No way in hell I am doing that and not a soul is going to pressure me into something I do not want to do! He said he would only see me a few months and if I did not get the pump he would not see me anymore. What kind of doctor does this. There is also a communication problem in that office. For some reason he wanted to see me every two weeks which is something I can’t afford. Also, I saw another doctor for a consultation and this doctor sent in medication that I was not aware of. I went to pick up some other medication and this hydrocodone he sent in was in the bag. The pharmacy would not take the medication back because it left the store. This man called me four days later and chewed me out. I offered to bring the meds in for him to count and destroy so he chewed me out even more. He said he was calling the doctor that sent the meds in so he could tell him I was getting meds filled my multiple doctors which is completely untrue!!! I made the decision to go some where else because I just am not going to allow a doctor to speak to me that way!! I am not going tolerate that kind of behavior in a medical professional! Always go with your gut instinct because I ignored mine! Good luck if decide to go to this clinic.

Husband is a patient but I have been with him to every appointment. Dr. Hamza is amazing. He's a straight shot and tells you like it is but he goes above and beyond to help find relief. I would absolutely recommend anyone that needs to, to see him.

I didn't have a good experience at all. The doctor was rude and abusive because I wouldn't change my appointment time to meet his personal schedule. I wrote that off as him having a bad day. Then it came time to do a procedure and the staff leaves me a voice-mail confirming my appointment. For 11:15 arriving at 11:00 A few days later I got a call from the same staff member saying now they wanted me to come in at 1030 for the procedure at 11:00 It may sound like no big deal but it boils down to trust. At this point I have no confidence in the doctors motives or the staffs. I followed up with a call to the staff to cancel the procedure and discontinue there services. Another staff member was also rude and hung up the phone on me. Confirming what I thought. These are not very nice people. They take a stance that they are doing you a favor by seeing you. I work hard 7 days a week 12 hours a day. So changes in my schedule are not easy to accommodate. Look up the doctors on staff they have horrible reviews. I didn't believe them but I certainly do now as my experience was typical of the other reviewers.
